I love food with strong flavour. I like coffee, sambal chilies, tom yam, curry laksa, Indian spices and of course, Marmite and garlic. As you can see from the photo, this was a simple and quick lunch I always prepared for myself during the weekends. It was similar to the 'kong low mee' (dried sauce noodles) you could easily get in Chinese hawker stalls. Bon appetit!
pasta spaghetti
Marmite
cooking oil
garlic, minced
Method:
1. cook pasta as per instruction, for 1 serving
2. minced garlic, fried garlic with oil until golden brown, set aside
3. add ½ tsp of marmite into pasta, combine well
4. add 2 teaspoons of fried garlic oil on top of the noodle, serve hot

ReplyDeleteYes I love fried garlic but my kids refuse it cause it taste bitter and spicy for them, unless the garlic in braised pork keke.
